Welcome to Aureti. This website is operated by Aureti. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Aureti. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SECTION 1 - SHOPPER ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in Western Australia. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
SECTION 2 - ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
2.1 Instant Finality: Please review your cart carefully. Once the "Complete Order" (or equivalent) button is clicked, the order is considered final. Due to our automated processing, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests, address changes, or item swaps after an order is placed. 2.2 No Returns/Exchanges: Aureti operates on an All Sales Final basis. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental purchases. 2.3 Statutory Exceptions: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if you receive the incorrect item. In the event of a wrong item being received, please contact shopaureti@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
SECTION 3 - DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY
3.1 No International Shipping: Aureti currently only ships to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded, minus any processing fees incurred. 3.2 Porch Piracy & Risk of Loss: All items are purchased pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 3.3 Delivery Confirmation: Aureti is not responsible or accountable for "porch piracy" or stolen packages. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (e.g., Australia Post), our liability ends. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location or a parcel locker.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided. In the event of a "friendly fraud" chargeback (claiming an authorized purchase was unauthorized simply to bypass the return policy), we reserve the right to provide these Terms and your IP/delivery confirmation to your banking institution.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We make every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region within Australia.
SECTION 6 - PROHIBITED USES & AGENTS
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (c) to upload viruses or malicious code; (d) to scrape data using automated "Agents" or AI tools. Any Agent accessing the site must identify itself in the HTTP header as Agent/[Name]. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureti, our directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.
SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aureti and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.
SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. You agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
