  • Final Sale: As per our Terms of Service, orders are final once placed. We are unable to redirect packages or change addresses after the checkout process is complete.

  • Porch Piracy: Aureti is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as "Delivered." We recommend monitoring your tracking link to ensure a secure pickup.

  • Domestic Only: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
